Delivery and returns
Allaroundeve.com is only an online shop for the ALLAROUNDEVE collection, therefore the delivery conditions bellow apply only to the ALLAROUNDEVE collection.
ALLAROUNDEVE collection is shipped from Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Worldwide: approximately 14 days working days from ALLAROUNDEVE's email confirmation of dispatchment.
Excess charges for international sales
If you are an overseas buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Note that when ordering from ALLAROUNDEVE, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Delivery of host designers goods
We do not take any responsability in shipping other designer's items that you may have bought in a previous agreement with them.
In case of returns or refunds, please contact the designer directly.
1. What to do first
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any trouble.
2. Return policy
You can return items within 8 days of receipt.
3. What can be returned:
- You can return items that are damaged or don't fit the description in an obvious manner.
- Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All goods will be inspected on return.
- Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and with all authentic tags attached.
4. Confirmation of returned goods
We’ll send you an email as soon as we recieve the goods.
5. Return options:
- If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that replacement is a subject to availability.
- Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a refund.
- If you wish a refund instead of a different item, we will refund the price you purchased your item at. This does not include sale items.
- We will usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge.
6. Your resposibilities
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address, so make sure they're packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
7. ALLAROUNDEVE return time
Expect a new item/repaired item/refund within 14 days after agreement confirmation emails from both parties.
